Status: Available after SSO Suite v1.0 GA. A fixed-scope professional service — not open-ended consulting. We get your first IdP integration production-ready and train your admin to own it afterward.
Deliverables (3 business days, remote)
- Pre-call checklist: Redmine version, IdP type, network egress, service account needs
- SSO Suite installation and license activation on staging, then production
- SAML or OIDC configuration with your IdP admin on a shared call
- Group-to-role mapping for up to 5 rules
- Login audit log verification and export test
- Handoff doc: settings snapshot, rollback steps, upgrade notes
Out of scope (by design)
- Custom Ruby development or non-standard IdP forks
- 24/7 cutover support — we schedule a business-hours go-live window
- Ongoing IdP vendor tickets on your side
