Fixed-scope remote install for Community SSO (OIDC). The plugin stays free — you pay for our time to get production SSO working without a weekend of IdP debugging.

Early-bird $299 for the first 20 bookings after Community GA. Calls scheduled 18:00–23:00 ICT (EU morning / US East evening). Max 2 engagements per week.

- Pre-call checklist (Redmine version, IdP type, staging access)
- Install Community package on staging then production (one instance)
- Configure one OIDC identity provider on a shared call
- Verify JIT login and admin break-glass fallback
- Handoff document with settings snapshot and rollback steps
- One follow-up email within 7 days (async)
Not included
- Custom Ruby development or non-standard IdP forks
- SAML or multi-IdP setup (Pro edition, later)
- 24/7 cutover or on-call support
- Ongoing support after handoff (except install-related fixes for 14 days)
